Supplements shouldn’t be a big deal… Roids would be… You have got to remember that these guys have TONS of money and personal trainers and if they want to put weight on they can… It can work the other way too; but give me the keys to a GNC and about 3 months and I can throw on some muscle… Give me a personal trainer and make my job contingent on how in shape and ripped I am – then paint me Green and call me Mr. Natural Ferrigno!
