You might want to check with the Nevada and New York boxing commissions. They have tested Manny numerous times, just like they test everyone else, before and after fights. No reports of steroid or HGH use.

That is the most short-sighted argument I've ever heard (since the last one on this site).

First of all, you've got to be one sloppy dude to get caught. When did they ever catch Mosley?? Or Holyfield? Please.

Second, I once spoke to a former HEAD of one of those boxing commissions for over an hour and they confirmed that not only do you have to be pretty dumb to get caught but that the majority of these new designer drugs aren't even tested for! Finally, said person also mentioned that A LOT of our top fighters are using it.

Umm...NO. The only reason we found out about Mosley was because his supplier gave him up. Whoever the government agents were, they discovered Mosley was a user when they got out all that info from Victor Conte's crib. Mosley never tested positive for anything. They don't even have a test for the roids Mosley was on.
