I know this is debatable what you say: Paulie fought his whole career with broken hands, he was the master of making adjustments, just listening to dudes fight analysis got me thinking about the Juan diaz fight. Paulie had like 8 different versions of the jab if you ask me. Imagine him with power? Now that would be scary.

Both guys use their platforms of fame well: Paulie likes to dig in deep exposing the corruption in boxing. Manny is more of a humanitarian helping poor folks.

But Pacquiao, like someone mentioned, has two wins that Paulie has as two losses (Cotto, and Hatton) in the Cotto fight, Cotto was "drained" in other people's minds not mine though, he signed up for that weight. He's a grown man can make his own decisions. Anyway his technique was so far gone that he only did two things: give PAC a cauliflower ear and protest that Manny Pacquiao was the greatest boxer in the world.

In the Hatton fight, roach saw something there, a vulnerability have you , saying "for someone that great he wasn't that great " lol. So let's say pac had hattons number. Hatton came into the fight he said at his own admission that he overtrained and that his only chance was to knock Pacquiao out. Well bunches of punches later, he was laying on the mat. Didn't go as planned. Like I said roach saw something to exploit in Ricky.

Now Paulie's losses, to Cotto: was a lesson to young fighters on heart. Cotto broke his orbital bone and hurt his jaw with crushing jabs. But Paulie held on to the very end, not quitting, back when Cotto was murderes row. In the Hatton fight , Paulie was embarrassed that the fight was stopped. He essentially was robbed of the moral victory with going the distance with Rick Hatton. I remember this move Hatton kept doing: the screwlike piston jump in jab. He used it to pop the head back and close distance, a true brawlers move. Only a vet like Ricky has that in his arsenal...

So that being said, styles make fights: Pacquiao is one of the atgs and Paulie is a local legend in what he did in New York , not great but put his hands on tons of endorsement s and business ventures (commentator, utube host, video games, athletic wear, ambassador with his words, set the precedent for getting a haircut in a fight etc) . Who do you think would win in a fight at what weight class?

I should have specified in what manner Paulie > Pac
When it comes to ''slanderous'' talk, Pac wants no part of Paulie

Paulie for the most part is very well spoken. He probably would have something to say about the mating habits of mosquitoes if you were outside in the wild with dude. His mouth works as fast as his mind, very quick. PAC no doubt don't want none of that, he learned his lesson from Nike to stay conservative and don't say anything derogatory (he has teddy atlas for that lol) like during the horn fight, no public outlash, he stuck to his "well um"s but we understand that pacman is a dual language citizen , nothing wrong with that, but surely Paul Malignaggi is the iller trash talker lol!

Shot Rios? Hmm that's new, he was never great but shot in 2013?!? The kid was 27 and only had 1 loss at the time. Now a self proclaimed GOAT fighting someone debuting as a professional boxer...that's something you get laughed out of the sport for.
