What are you talking about? He had 6 VADA (more stringent than USADA testing) tested fights. Rios, Bradley II, Algieri, Vargas, Broner, Thurman. The guy that demanded stringent testing...refused VADA and it's good he did, that IV/TUE would have never been allowed. Then again, even USADA bans IV infusions for rehydration without prior TUE...Floyd just got away with it.

Nicely put, never had been tested by VADA throughout his whole Career, and conveniently retired around the same time as the supposed "WBC clean program" replacing USADA for VADA,

Not to mention even for the McGregor fight he still enlisted USADA as the testing agency even though we know they charge significantly more than VADA.
