Depends if the WBC says the dosages are within legal limits. Past that is a undisputed, 2 time lineal, complex switch hitter, p4p better than Lara and Trout who out compuboxed Canelo when his power couldn't stop smaller men. Yeah I know compubox doesn't count, only counted when FMW made his whole welterweight career off of it but I digressed.
