Hanging around George Foreman can only help Jermain..

George Foreman is mentally solid. Is an entrepenuer on top of that. And was a beast in the ring. Im sure George is sharing mental toughness and mental stamina techniques .

I'd be intrigued as to how heavy these weights are, because heavy weights and bulking up a lot are not going to help his stamina problems.

So why bother. The guy needs to run and improve his engine.

What Taylor needs is some brains and stamina. If he can get that, then he will be a dominating Super MW in the future. But for right now, I think Abraham is going to beat him hands down.

he's doing things to fix his stamina and help him in the later rounds, how will it not help? Athletes typically eat 6 light meals a day to give them more fuel before, after, and in between workouts. the leg strength and endurance training will help him in the long run.Still mad about the b-hop fights?

Taylor is so talented. It's a shame how his career has turned out. I really hope he can turn it around. I'll be pulling for him the whole way.

Shady decisions and he has been knocked out twice by crude 1D fighters. Hopkins ruined him.

So that's a yes? Hopkins beat him the first time but, lost the second time. I think Spinks could've edged him but, IMHO nobody deserved the W that night. I think Winky could've edged him as well but, I'm not complainin about the Draw. Well both those crude fighters are champs at their respective weightclasses. This training can only help jermain, I really do think he's gonna win this one. He's desperate and he's willing to change his ways(pretty much his life) to get back to the top.

I was thinking the same thing. I think JT is just ***ed up mentally. He needs to learn to take a round or two off and just use his jab to control the fight for those rounds. I think he gets a little too trigger happy and is trying to knock someones head off.
