So to clarify, he has been downgraded from one tier of A-level, to another tier of A-level. They would have been fine had he scored a mere one more round for Catterall, and that they are happy to say Catterall lost fair and square, but that should be fighting for the belts still in his next fight. Absolute garbage. All 3 judges had terrible cards, even the one scoring for Catterall by 1 point. 115-1110 minimum. Nash out.

And to suggest he's still A Class even after the downgrade after years of submitting home cooked scoring cards is an absolute travesty!

How is that man still in a job after so publicly humiliating his employer?
It sounds like the downgrade prevents him judging or being a ref for any world title fight. I would say that is a significant drop in pay from world level to domestic.

Team Fury didn’t bother to get a british licence nor will they allow the BBoC to appoint the ref or scoring officials. The BBoC has finally realized they will be losing out on a lot of money. 41 million purse bid & they won’t get a dime. The Taylor fight has them worried as how many more will side step them after that result? Early stoppages for the visiting fighter. Now they need to do the same to Howard Foster & one other dude that I am forgetting. The 3 amigos. Now the NYSC & NSAC need to do the same to a few of their judges.

Oh no, so he got demoted all the way from A Star Super Duper Amazing Class weferwee to just a measly A rank? How will he ever find work now?!

If anything it's Ian John-Lewis that has been really hard done by here, not Catterall who's only lost out on some money, opportunities and his life's dream. These things come and go, but an A Star referee ranking? Well now, that takes years of bribery, corruption and bumbling incompetency to achieve.

Meaningless, token outcome. Wtf does an 'A star' judge even mean. Wtf does demoting to 'A' even mean. What's to stop him being 'upgraded' back to A star like, next week? He's also a referee- does his demotion also affect this? Giant shrug. And no consolation whatsoever to Catterall.

Can’t ref or judge world title fights. So probably only domestic fights now. Sure the pay is significantly less..
