De La Hoya has a different mentality. He hired a lot of different trainers throughout his career like Floyd Mayweather Sr., Gil Clancy, Emmanuel Steward. He even hired Roach and Nacho Berenstein for a few fights, pretty sure I'm forgetting some of his other trainers.

Canelo has a lot of loyalty to Reynoso who's been training since he was a kid. They're like family, Reynoso even has a Canelo tattoo.

Canelo is the kid from the twilight zone where nobody around him dares think bad thoughts.
How well he pays his guys who knows? Do his earnings reflect their payouts?
Changing trainers is often used as a way to generate new hype for a fighter after losing or slips in performance.
Canelo has kept improving. No reason to change things up at all.
If he ever feels that Reynoso let him down he will do what he feels is best for him.
Canelo is a player coach at this point. It’s his show.
Oscar fought everyone though. Fights weren’t as hard to make with him. Probably brought in more female and fringe fans. Sings better. The latter being the most annoying thing to Canelo probably.

I suspect there was more to their feud than just Oscar recommending a new trainer. We see how Oscar gets when he's drunk and coked up.

Munguia will lose to Charlo, which will negate any talks of a fight with Canelo. Ramirez hasn't fought anyone with a pulse yet. He has fallen into obscurity, and there is no heat on him. I doubt Canelo has any interest in fighting him. Oscar should match Ramirez with Joe Smith. That would be a great scrap.
