I did a thread awhile back who matches best with who with the top guys Joyce and Wilder was easiest fight for A.J way before I knew they even fought ,it’s a good fight but anyone picking or favoring Joyce has to be a huge fan or A.J hater ,he’s actually gets more accolades then A.J himself on here ?
You really are a dumbass. Really hope they fight so you can be proven wrong for the 200th time now.

Take out all of the slow shot 38-41 year olds & who's left?
Parker Ruiz & Usyk & 2 of those beat him.

Yes Wilder lost all 3 in the greatest trilogy since Bowe Holyfield but against the number 1 Heavyweight on the planet, Aj lost to 15 ranked Ruiz & 10 ranked Usyk at the time of fighting.

They're resumes are as bad as each other but at least Wilder & Fury had the stones to fight each other while AJ's only relevant through Rematchroom paperwork.

By your criteria, absolutely no-one at HW has a great resume and that might be fair.

On paper? Joshua’s looks the best, if one takes the rankings seriously. However, I DON’T. They’re 100% manipulated by promoter relationships with, and lobbying of, boxing organisations, in conjunction with those orgs fitting rankings to their commercial requirements.

Having said that, and I’m basing this on the last 7-8’years, if you asked me if stiverne, Arreola, Spilikza (how do you spell that?), Washington, Schwarz, Pianeta and Sefer are better than Parker, Povetkin, Whyte and Pulev, I’d have to disagree hugely.

Also, Usyk kills absolutely everyone of Fury and Wilder’s opponents, including Fury and Wilder!

You’re to out of touch with reality to prove anyone of note on here wrong I’d doubt you even prove the lesser informed posters on here wrong that’s how bad you really are .

AJ tried to get Ruiz out of there early once he dropped him. I admire that. He hit Ruiz with some huge shots. Ruiz showed great chin and heart. It didn’t work out for AJ.
I can’t see AJ trying to put it on anyone in the first round ever again. If he drops a guy, I don’t think he’d go after them like he did Ruiz. Unfortunate. We will see I guess.

Good test for both of them aj is timid now and joyce is very very slow and fought no1 yet. Aj is def not taking the wilder fight way better chance vs joyce. Hate wilder if you will yet he will land that right eventually only person to get up outweighed him by 50 lbs. Joyce is slow enough to where aj would be more comfortable boxing

Before Ruiz? Yes. After Ruiz? Doubtful.

I've never been punched by Joyce but from what my eyeballs tell me, he's not really a puncher that puts people to sleep with one shot. He almost looks like he throws pushing arm punches but they look incredibly heavy regardless.
Yes we'll, obviously, every fight Joshua has now is "after Ruiz", isn't it?! So, like me, you doubt Joshua's confidence in his chin and that impacts massively on any game plan that night be effective against Joyce. Not that there's any chance that fight will happen in the near future anyway! Thanks.

Except you’re forgetting that an undisputed fight with Fury was all done and signed last year - until Fury remembered he was fighting Wilder again. Wilder was offered a 100m deal but ‘bet on himself’ instead.

Since 2015, Fury beat Klitschko, ran from the rematch and disappeared in a cloud of coke then got banned for steroids. Since he came back from that 4 years ago he’s fought Wilder over and over, plus a couple of bums in stay busy fights.

When exactly has the opportunity for AJ to fight Fury been missed?

Im not bigging up AJ’s resume, but Fury fight not happening was only due to Fury. The Wilder fight, well who knows as there are all different stories going around.

And you know Usyk wasn’t the 10th best HW at any point, he would wreck Wilder and give Fury nightmares too.

The same type of fight he fought Breazeale who had a chin back then. Joyce gets worn down.

Breazeale doesn't have Joyce's distancing or defence footwork and especially not his jab or stamina and I doubt he has the same chin as Joyce personally..

No question Joshua will land some combos but he will be made to work harder and if he took that long to put breazeale away you know he's not going to have the same gas tank with things going all his way by the 8th round onwards

I believe Joyce will eventually get to joshua

A.J wasn’t actually trying to put Breazeale away he was toying with him, I also remember I think it was within the first 3 rounds Breazeale got knocked across the ring in the corner on rubbery legs and the ref got in between them as A.J was coming in for no apparent reason which may have saved Breazeale at the end of the round ?

Either way Joyce really doesn’t have the speed to make him the favorite here ,you better have decent speed against A.J that’s really the main way to get to him ,if you don’t have that it’s just about a loss in the making .
