Zab Judah vs Mayweather Question!! Am i the only one.

Am i the only person that thinks Judah could have taken that fight if he was a lil more disciplined?

He was taking it to floyd at the begining , landing more effective shots , he was looking way faster using that jab a lot , Floyd at times looked clueless as to what he wanted to do or what he could actually throw and land. I think that was zab's complete **** up. From there on he just became garbage. Too bad he was a good fighter.

I always thought that if any one was to beat him it would be Zab. I always wanted to see that fight. It really bothers me that Zab isn't what he should be as a fighter.

no no and hell no..floyd often loses the first few rounds figuring out his opponents..zab didnt stop doing anthing..floyd just took over,,he got zabs timing down and figured him out and destroyed him....zabs a world class fighter..and floyd broke him down to the point of frustration...floyd doesnt get enough credit for that win

That's the Zab Judah story in a nutshell. Stars off really good, then forgets he's actually fighting to win.

Zab's mental game has always been ****

Absolutely. Judah was beating floyd to the punch, u could see the difference in speed and power. But for some reason Judah stopped punching. And it wasn't like Floyd was catching him with big punches he just stopped and backpedaled the whole fight after maybe round 4? Judah has some mental issues he gets discouraged very easily. If he had the mental strength of a marquez or Pac he could be top3 P4Pounder.

                    What happened is this.......

You have to put pressure on Southpaw's to get any change out of them and Mayweather was not putting pressure on, he was trying to Box with Judah and he got outboxed and hit whilst he was trying to Box him, when he started having success was when he started bringing the left hook behind his right if or when he missed and because he started applying more pressure because earlier in the fight Mayweather was not only not putting enough pressure on he was not following up with the left hook when he missed the right hand.

Its a bit of both, Judah cannot handle himself under pressure, if he was any type of real pro fighter he would of been able to handle the pressure and not cracked and gone on to win the fight imo, but by the same token he does wilt under pressure and Mayweather deserves credit for changing his game plan and applying the necessary pressure to win teh fight.

It should be no coincidence to Floyd Mayweather fans that Mayweather has fought his most aggressive fights against Judah, Corley and Mitchell and all are Southpaw fighters.
