Well, he did suddenly start to beat the hell out of Paul in the championship rounds as if he had gotten ridiculously stronger, had Paul knotted up on the head in short order and bowling over from a body shot in those rounds after pedestrian damage throughout the fight. And Margarito admitted pre-fight that he thought Williams would be a tougher fight than Cotto, so the incentive was there to cheat.

Its highly debatable, there are no facts. Apart from the fact that someone from Cotto's team and the commision watched Margarito's hands get wrapped and had no complaints.

If you wanna blame someone, then blame the authorities for not enforcing correct procedures and rules. They're the ones who missed the loaded gloves against Mosley, it took Mosley's trainer Diaz to spot them.
