I’d take the charlo fight. Alimkhanuly is an excellent fighter, but outside of hardcore fans, no one knows who he is, making the fight high risk, low reward. The opposite is true for charlo and is probably the easier fight.

Fishnets is borrowing a page out of Bob Arums playbook with the old bait and switch. Everyone on this board knows the Charlo's have been chasing Mungia his entire career. There is no way in hell Oscar allows one of his only two marketable fighters face anyone of true substance. Mungia would get owned and stopped by Charlo and all of you clowns know it!!

Keith Idec if Andrade vacated the belt why would Munguia be in talks to fight for the interim belt. CONTRADICTION!

If Munguia fights Charlo next he's a clown. PBC can offer Munguia a fight but they can't negotiate with Andrade when both are champions smh.

On one hand this is an alley oop for Charlo, on the other hand it could be an alley oop gon wrong. But PBC is playing chess. Y'all see how they're trying to entice Canelo if Charlo beat Munguia? They wanna get the Mexicans excited.

BING BING BING BING BING You sir win the internet today! It is probably smart for Mungia to fight Charlo to cash out before he gets knocked out. If he fights Janibek it's a chance he could lose and that leaves Oscar down to only Virgil to rely on (Ryan isn't reliable). So it's a good chance we may get Charlo v Mungia. If Oscar gets with Showtime we could get a lot more great fights between PBC and GBP.

                    He needs to take Charlo.
                    Sold out crowd in Houston.
Charlo will have a year of rust.
And he'll get credit for a good fight,
                    even if he loses.
Take the money and go for the gold.
                    He's young enough to rebuild.

Munguia has to fight Carlos Adames first to get Charlo, doesn't he? Unless Adames steps aside?

For that reason I predict he'll fight Janibek Alimkhanuly instead.
