Well Andrade has "partially" vacated the belt:
"BoxingScene.com has learned that Andrade would not be at risk of losing his WBO title outside the ring should he next face Parker. However, he would need to win the fight and then decide whether to drop back down in weight at which point he would be mandated to next face Alimkhanuly. A decision to remain at super middleweight or even a loss to Parker would result in the WBO middleweight title being declared vacant and with Alimkhanuly to face the next highest-ranked available contender."

That being said, Andrade was able and willing to cross the street for Charlo, Hearn even offered 7mil. Now that Munguia is across the street, Charlo is willing to consider the other side of the street. And I'm not even saying that Andrade beats Charlo for the record.

Ain't no such thing as being partially pregnant. Charlo ain't leaving PBC to make the Munguia fight. If PBC & Ronnie Shields believed Charlo beats Andrade the fight woulda got made.

Canelo can do whatever he pleases to do. This isn't a chess move to entice Canelo but just that PBC/SHO had to get Charlo a big fight after he missed out on a 8 figure payday. You cannot go from Canelo to fighting someone like Dirrell or Montiel or whoever.

It's a chess move cause Charlo doesn't want to fight David. It's a chess move cause Charlo is from Texas & I don't think I need to explain how that correlates between Mexicans. It's one of if not the main reason his name gets brought up for a Canelo fight. If Canelo & Charlo fight what are the likely locations? If Charlo fights Munguia what's the likely location? Charlo beats Munguia what are Mexicans gonna clamor for even more? Andrade & Benavidez rumored to be cancelling each other out soon. Charlo waiting in the wings, fighting the easier Mexican, & a credible opponent to make it look like he's done more at 60.

If this fight goes through.. The play has been called for Charlo. All he has to do is dunk the ball. Chess not checkers.

Charlo would have received 10M+ just like Plant did for the Canelo fight.

Lowest big fight? I mean if you want to say that, then cool. But it's a big fight nonetheless. Is it a massive fight? No, but one they can at least put on PPV.
