Rematch clauses should be banned. And this is the best example of why.

Brook's domination in a fight that was supposed to be competitive was on par with Calzaghe - Lacy and Winky Wright - Trinidad. Even worse because those fights ended in decisions. Can you imagine a rematch in either of those fights? It would have been better for Khan to fold in round one or two, then he could have called it a fluke. Brook was bullying and beating Khan up, getting nothing to trouble him in return.

Who's going to spare money or time to see that second time around?

Lopsided fights should cancel out subsequent rematch clauses.
Then again, if not Brook, Khan will just fight someone else.
Maybe if both parties agree to keep the rematch clause in tack, no reason for boxing to stop an utterly inconsequential fight from going on.

Better idea dont take the rematch it was way to 1 sided yet if want to continue im sure mikey garcia would be willing to take it in uae. Both are shot khan lacks power and his jaw gives anyone a chance to pad record with a ko. Mikey looks shot himself, is a name to add to resume and when tried to make 147 looked horrible when tried 140 against a no name did the same. Brook would just ko khan again. Brook vs benn and khan vs garcia if want to continue
