I don't think Canelo is underestimating Bivol. That's a tricky fight.

The question is does Bivol do one thing great enough that one needs to beat Canelo. Perhaps, in any case, I think Bivol is to some degree better than Plant and Saunders.

Yeah, unless you are a HUGE fan of Alvarez or Golovkin and are not interested to see it as a possibility, both of them are in positions they could easily lose. That would handle all that build up for a third fight pretty quick huh?
