Possibly, but he would have absolutely no stake in this fight, even if he miraculously wins. There's not going to be a trilogy is there, unless Khan is able to fight with a feeding tube up his nose. On further thought, it's just a ploy to get some free money from some dodgy but smart (maybe?) rematch clause. I doubt a rematch will actually happen.
