No, Canelo isn’t ducking Andrade. He is campaigning at 168. Andrade is at 160. The fact is no top name is going to fight an awkward lefty that is low reward, high risk.

DAZN is screwing Andrade by allowing GGG to avoid him because that unification should have happened already.

And you have man fans making excuses for canelo like he is their woman. This is why boxing is a joke. I wouldn't call Charlo and Benavidez duck b.c they are a joke just like plant.

      Ducks
Bivol was supposed to fight Beterbiev since 2019'
Spence is a complete disgrace when it comes to consolidating with 147 with Crawford. PBC has held the division up since 2016.

Andrade can't fight Beterbiev bc he can't drain him and put rehydration clauses on him.

Imagine if Crawford went up to 160, put 2 hydrations on GGG and stopped him like Canelo did Kovalev. I'd love to see the Central Asian fanboy response.

Thought this was a boxing site.
Blah blah blah you and Oracle01 m Canelo never had the opportunity to go undisputed vs Andrade. Canelo first was promoted by PBC to franchise champion, losing his belt and Charlo getting it. Then he was stripped by IBF cause he didn't fought Derevianchenko and that's the belt Andrade got.

No. Of all the potential opponents for Canelo (Charlo, Bivol, Benevides, Beterbiev, ggg), Andrade has done the least to put himself in position claim a duck.

No, Canelo is right: 'he fights boring'. Andrade will not go into that fight to win, but to collect a payday and to try to and stink out the joint for 12 rounds.

Both camps confirmed they were in talks to fight for undisputed at 160 in summer 2019.
Unfortunately DAZN was trying to force the third GGG fight and wouldn’t approve any other opponents. This caused the main rift between him and Golden Boy as Oscar had promised Hearn he could get Canelo on board when he had no contractual obligation to do so.
Then the IBF forced a bs mandatory mere months after he won the title. Derevchenko priced himself out and Canelo moved on from 160.
The idea that Canelo is avoiding bum ass Andrade is pretty funny. He would have beat that ass to become undisputed at 160, his stated goal. Since he collected all the titles at 168 and is working towards doing the same at 175.
Let me know when Andrade fights a current world champion for once in his career.

Is it just that the fight isnt a big money fight? (which seems unlikely cause every Canelo fight makes money) or is it that Canelo doesnt think the fight will be exciting or is Canelo just straight ducking?
