***** wants Ukraine under his dictatorship as well because he's against Western democracy. He feels they belong to Russia and by linking up with NATO, that would put them even further away from *****'s agenda.

I can't find an end goal for ***** no matter what here. Does he think he could just install a new corrupt government in Ukraine and think the people will just go back to their merry life? It would be a never ending war with a resistance and counter attacks constantly coming in. Then if other countries got involved, perhaps NATO involved, the US would eventually have to join in. It would get ugly very quick. Welcome to WW3.
      I agree with this.

People need to open their minds to the big picture, ironically I see the same style of arguments in this that I see in arguing about their fav fighters, I just put it down to young and dumb.
***** has been warning for a long time that he isn't happy with what the West has been doing in Ukraine. He asked with words for it to stop but did anybody care or listen to his concerns? No. So now he's taking care of the problem with violence and bloodshed.

There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq but the US went in there and killed a bunch of people anyway. Nobody imposed crippling econmic sanctions on us.

If you want to talk about the big picture than maybe you should consider things like that.

Ukraine has been ruled by Ukraine for many years, they are not the west they are their own people this is what they are fighting for their independence and freedom, its their choice if they want to join Nato, do you realize Nato is a defense pact, they don't start wars they finish them, its a protection scheme against the very thing that's happening, if it wasn't for Nato ***** would be invading Europe, not just Ukraine.

Why consider things that are not relative to this situation, I don't care about the politics of who gets the Oil etc I care about the basic rights of people to have freedom of choice, there were NO threats to Russia, only in the mind of a power-driven dictator, watch him call Ukrainians Russians and then Neo ****s.

Why is ***** censoring all press reports coming out of Ukraine why doesn't he allow his own people freedom of information, is he scared they will figure out the truth on their own.

In 2022 there is NO need for War, everything can be negotiated with give and take from all parties

Why is ***** so scared of Nato when they are a defense system they don't operate on aggression, the only reason can be because they stop ***** from what he wants, not what his people, just him.

You say that NATO is a defensive pact, that they don't start wars.

Yet it was with the covert support of the West that the elected president and government of Ukraine were overthrown back in 2014. That is going on the offensive, not playing defense.

And the US was involved up to their eyeballs in that.

            America’s Ukraine Hypocrisy
The extent of the ***** administration’s meddling in Ukraine’s politics was breathtaking.

Also, if you did know anything about it, you would realize that the first guy's question had a false premise. Ukraine does not have a "puppet government". And the US didn't "set it up". Ukrainians want freedom and are tired of being squashed under *****'s boot, and boot of *****'s puppet governments, which is why they ran out Yanukovich (who stole the election to begin with).

There is a big difference between bring a creditor and installing missiles as part of a defensive pact.
