Shouldn't unless of course England is sitting under a radioactive cloud in May

Been saying this guy is a sleaze bag..now let his fanboys defend him on the this one. Basically he's saying dollars over everything. Why not just say we will be monitoring the situation and assess as we go along. He may be drafted into his country's Army but yet he will be starting camp in four weeks. I guess Fast Eddie is now a military analyst and he's able to see the Ukraine conflict ending in 4 weeks.

He’s not discussing it he’s answering questions on the post fight press conference and clearly said he doesn’t know but as far as he’s concerned it’s still going ahead unless team Usyk contacts him and that’s because that’s his job .

It’s just more mindless hate for Hearn on here nothing new .

True, Hearn handled it about as well as possible.

It’ll be interesting to see if the fight goes ahead soon if the conflicts are still ongoing.

Usyk seems a really decent fella, very religious too. I get the feeling he wouldn’t want it to look like “yeah, you stay here and fight and be attacked, I’m off to London to make millions in a boxing fight” - just from the kind of guy he seems. I think his views and priorities might be somewhere else.

I’m probably in the small majority when I say this and I always felt this but any high profile active figure of any kind particularly sports should not be engaged in war . I say this because they have higher value and contributions to a bigger cause . Now I’m not saying one shouldn’t fight for their country Joe Louis did it which in those times if any he definitely should not have but things were different then . I’ve always been vocal about protecting our athletes ,our being the world . I don5 even want Klitschko brothers involved but that’s a different situation both have ties to Ukrainian politics.

Id say Hearn doesn’t have time to actually sit around for hours watching the news , he maybe doesn’t know the scope of it ? I don’t know but this forum is just non stop with this garbage ,I mean get a life people .

As to the fight I believe it will effect the fight , if any excuses ever to made if one lost its this one . Usyk can’t possibly be 100 percent focused and even if this is done away with the impact one must have just being there is goi g to be shaky . I hope Usyk does postpone this fight I want to see a fair fight before a fan of boxing this must get pushed back . No one on here should want this fight to go ahead until the Russian threat is done .

Personally A.J should take another fight and Team Usyk has to let that happen .

It might be good for Joshua to have a tune up while he waits for Usyk as he needs to work on his cutting off the ring and applying consistent pressure or it will be the same fight as the first with Usyk.
Contractually he cant fight anyone other than Usyk I dont believe. If he does it likely voids the rematch clause.

I don’t hate Hearn. I think he is a decent promoter but I don’t think he should be discussing their rematch. He could have just said no comment on the matter until further notice. Hearn is no different than Warren, Arum or any other promoter who talks too much. Making assumptions that I hate Hearn? I think his comments are kind of ridiculous sometimes like after he loses a purse bid but every promoter is like that. This is just a whole entirely different situation. No comment at this time due to the current circumstances in the Ukraine.

                    This. Scumbag moment from Eddy.

I also think he's not reading the room if he thinks for sure that Canelo v Bivol will go ahead as planned. FIFA and EUFA just banned Russian teams from competing in their competitions. There's a possibility that the alphabet orgs could make a similar declaration barring Russian fighters from their rankings, though on second thoughts that would require them to have some principles.
