Only if you want to remove champion as a useable word with any meaning can you start to acknowledge secondary champion titles. A champion means the person who is top or first. Look at the way you worded it I bolded the word for you just as I did in my post and I am in agreement with everything your saying just for the record. In my eyes Taylor is THE champion at 140 but considering the way our sport works with secondary titles Tank is in fact A champion with a secondary title. To me secondary titles are a participation trophy and nothing more. To the sanctioning body he is a title holder and pays to said title holder no matter how I perceive it.Get em up likes this.
