TS has a point.......before dudes go "you a idiot" crazy just listen!!.....Wlad has ALL the straps in his division meaning he's beaten ALL the other champs and top contenders.......Wlad doesnt have the luxury to fight in multiple weight classes like Pac, P-Will, B.Hop and those dudes!!....I think thats being held against him!!!......Wlad SHOULD be ranked higher than Pac IMO.......Pac is the face of boxing right now rightfully so......but Wlad is the BADDEST dude on the planet!!......thats what the HW champ is usually referred to as!!......his style aint all that fan pleasin' but its ****in' affective!!!

Klit is the better boxer period and there is no argument against that. Weightclasses were only made relevant to accomodate smaller guys who couldnt compete with the big guys.

Its like having a second division in the 100m sprints for guys smaller and lighter. Because they cant compete with the top dogs

Pac uses more angles, more variation of movement and power in the average round, than Wlad sometimes does in an entire fight.

Now I see where your coming from and I say this as a Wlad fan. Wlad can not be compared to Pac because he at HW has not faced the level at skilled opposition that Pac has faced and dominated at lower weights....that is how the greatness of fighters generally is measured by their opposition. Sure Wlad doesn't not have the luxury of skipping up and down the scales to find great opponents but that is the way it is even though its not Wlad's fault. Still when rating fighters we can only objecively go by the factual evidence available. This evidence is; who a fighter has beaten and how good their opponents were. Right now I have to say Pac >Wlad.
