Carnelo gets hate because he deserves it. From the weight rehydration clause he imposes, last minute pick, same day weigh ins. It's ridiculous. I mean if you're gonna tip the scales to your advantage go ahead but expect and accept the criticism that comes with it.

I don't see many, if any, GGG fans telling it like it is concerning THEIR GUY. They always circle back to Nelo.

Yeah that's how it goes. The only reason I'm pretty intrigued by golovkin even more now is cause he's about to be 40. See how much he has left. He's been looking worse each fight. I rather seen him fight Murata and if he wins then munguia. I'll pass on carnelo cherry picking him.

If a fight fan is going to call an opponent a bum, that fan should aim that criticism at their guy and see how it goes. I would put money on Fielding beating 90% of everyone GGG beat. Had GGG moved up and handled the guys Nelo did BEFORE Nelo did it, I would be complimentary

Nelo vs GGG 3 is a money grab. More so for GGG since his big paydays are winding down.
Hell, Shot May vs not prime Pac raked in a trillion dollars.

As for it being a cherry picking due to age, doesn't that apply to everyone GGG fights ????

Ward demanded a "tune· up fight" with a lessor opponent. This resulted in a significant delay because HBO would not pay Ward the high dollar purse for a lesser opponent

Based upon the incapacity and/or uncooperativeness ofAndre Ward to fight, (14) fourteen months shall be added to the promotional agreement's original expiration date


as you can see ward tried to get a bunch of easy fights and when he couldnt get them because hbo didnt want them, he started attacking and blaming his promoter when he should have been blaming himself for refusing to fight the guys hbo wanted. there are other articles out there showing how hbo wanted ward-ggg, ward-froch rematch, ward-bute, etc...but he just wouldnt fight the guys they wanted. this guy was such a fraud and con artist

This is the most damning thing against Ward that someone will see. Yet his 'fans' will read over this and act like it doesn't exist.

It goes both ways Fielding beats alot of guys on carnelos resume too. Pretty much everyone up until trout and then some after.

Idk I think golovkin is holding off on the fight (if sources are true) is cause he doesnt wanna give carnelo the satisfaction of giving him a legit victory over him.

Not really cause even though I think carnelo isn't great or an atg hes still a couple levels above murata and Munguia. And with golovkin about to be 40 and getting slower it gives those guys better chances to beat him.
