I just hope we get the quality fights we all want to see. It gets so frustrating when we don't.

Teofimo really made a mess of his career. He’s an elite fighter but not a ticket seller. And he made the huge misjudgment that he is one. Without all of the belts, nobody wants to fight him. He may have turned himself into another Andrade or Haney. Taylor-Lopez was the fight and now Taylor’s not interested.

PBC and ESPN are going to be lit! Especially if Taylor stays @ 140!

Taylor already has a Prograis t-shirt, and doesn't need another one. Regis is the best in the division after Josh, and he whoops Lopez.
Tell me who can draw more interest than Teofimo Lopez at 140? Josh Taylor owes Regis Prograis a rematch, it was too close and the 'Tart-Tomato' barely escaped the final round.

As a former WBA jr. welterweight champion and most thrilling fight that Josh Taylor was ever in, the people demand a rematch and Prograis deserves it. You dont want the wolf-man to beat-down Josh Taylor again.

I wouldn't disagree with the level of interest in Lopez. That still doesn't change the fact he needs to earn his shot. And Josh owes Regis nothing. Josh won fair and square. It was a great fight, and would be quite a palatable rematch I agree, but Josh will do it on his terms. Josh couldn't see out of one eye for the last quarter of the fight. That's what it took to give Regis maybe 2 of the 5 rounds he won. That won't happen next time.

It was a great fight and a close one. I scored it 7-5 for Taylor. I agree it was Taylor's toughest test so far. There was no rematch clause as it was the WBSS final and they made the rules.

As for not wanting "the wolf-man to beat-down Josh Taylor again" I'd love to see them fight again I hope it happens. I really admire Rougarou's toughness and abilities. However, Taylor moved on and unified the division and appears to be at least considering going to 147 to fight TC. Sometimes you only get one chance. Btw, my impression of them as human beings, via the media, is that I'd have more respect for Regis than Josh. However, they're both great fighters.

Your personal demands for a rematch seem entirely based in your dislike of Taylor and your man-love for Prograis. This is typical of you. You're emotionally invested in these people as human beings, rather than in the sport. Whenever a fighter you've got the hots for loses, you bleat on about cheating and robberies, making excuses and demanding a 'fair-fight' rematch in which the conditions are more favourable towards your beloved, Fury Wilder ringing a bell? Honestly Elie, you need to get down to the nearest leather bar and get your chops around a meaty sausage so badly. Stop fighting it, it's 2022, it's allowed now. You'd feel so much better in yourself without all that internal conflict, plus, you'd be out of he basement and finally getting laid. No one here is gonna judge you for it, we all spotted your rainbow credentials long ago.

                  Peace out.
