I never claimed I knew all the facts, and actually deferred to your apparent greater wisdom. So I’ll ask you again, just how exactly did UKAD mess up the Fury situation? And UKAD knew that they wouldn’t win on what basis, that Fury’s wild boar testicle excuse was valid and meant he should escape any punishment?

Tbh I’d agree that UKAD lack credibility in as much as they allowed Fury to continue fighting Klitschko, despite testing positive after the fight beforehand against Hammer, and seemingly letting Whyte off the hook with his positive dbol result. Although in Whyte’s case, at least he could point to negative tests taken with VADA at the same time, but still a su****ious mess of a situation regardless.

The reality is UKAD is a non-profit organisation with limited public funding, and evidently don’t have the appetite for lengthy and costly court battles with multi-millionaire boxers, backed by powerful legal teams. Even if UKAD’s decisions were enforced in court, they’d still be left with huge legal bills to settle. And for the record, Fury was already in litigation with UKAD and both had already spent a load of money in court, which you’d have known if you “knew the facts”.

Glad you agree it was a pathetic deal by UKAD though - Fury was let off the hook big time.
