I feel that Khan has always been a pretty humble guy, especially in defeat. He had an exceptionally successful career, made a lot of money and fought the highest level of competition. He was always a flawed fighter, but at his peak he was an extremely dangerous and elite world class fighter. A lot of fans derided him through the years for his somewhat delusional self confidence but I was always impressed with his ability to look past defeat and move forward with confidence. His positive outlook could reasonably be called delusion but what’s the point in letting defeat overwhelm and beat you? Khan showed a lot of class yesterday so he deserves respect imo.

Con and humble
Getting ones ass handed to them can be a humbling experience. I mean, what other way is a loser going to behave ? Not much room to talk shlt when the ref saves your life.
His career was beating Maidana.
According to Con, he was the baddest MFer ever.

Prior to losing, Con is nothing but a shlt talker who never thinks much of his opponent. Con's ego is impressive. He is able to move on since he knows he can talk himself into another ''payday''. Fans tend to be loyal to a fault and the subject of that loyalty can cash in on that.

Khan had no power and no chin yet he still managed to win 2 World titles and beat good fighters, you can't hate.

He always went out swinging as well, not like a certain 6'6" 240lb behemoth who looks like black hercules and has huge power, who fought like a timid mouse recently vs a cruiserweight.
