Not that I doubt you but I was not aware of this and can't find a story on this anywhere. You got a link?

I know, it's as pathetic as it is predictable.

This dude is a full blown coward. I'm actually embarrassed for him.

With the WBO, if you're a reigning title holder in another weight class and move up, you automatically become mandatory for that title in that weight class.

A really strong, tough and good fighter. However, I believe they offered Munguia a shot at Andrade, and he didn't want it.

He could've got a fight with Charlo, or so I read, and he didn't want that fight either. He said he wants Golovkin, who appears to be on the slide, although a bigger puncher than Charlo and Andrade.

Even with improved head movement, he still regularly gets tagged by non-elite fighters. While I am happy to see him challenge for a title, and his power can potentially serve to shore the gap in his skill level vs the top guys, I just don't see him beating GGG, Charlo or Andrade.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong and it is high time he finally faces someone at the top of the heap at 160.

This rubber face munguia lost to Dennis Hogan in Monterrey Mexico and was gifted the decision cause he was in Mexico, they run away from a well deserved rematch, his weak defense and chin got exposed plus he’s been the number one contender for Andrade for well over a year, ducking him and fighting unranked potatoes and said he’s ready? Fucc off rubber face!!

Should be a descent name on Golovkin's resume, Manguia is going to become multiple weights world champ

Charlo vs Munguia would be a fun fight stylistically, I would love to see it if Charlo doesn't move up but I doubt that happens
