Yeah, Pac at 135 was capable to holding his own with any of them....and I'm a major Duran aficianado. But the facts are the facts. Pacman is a one of a kind physical phenom. Clearly a monster of the light classes. Prime Duran v. Prime Pac would be a fight for the ages and I wouldn't wager a dime on the outcome.

As Great as Pacquaio is, I think people are totally over emphasizing his body of work at lightweight compared to the Almighty Duran's. Even if Pacman would have stayed at lightweight longer and cleared the division out his best feats would have came against a bunch of Diaz's, which falls short when comparing to Duran's lightweight resume.
