It's not that easy. Charlo already has mandatories that have been sitting out waiting for him to finish with Castano. Now that Castano is injured, I'm think the organizations are going to order one of those fights. Better to do it now and get a few weeks of training in, as opposed to waiting until the last seven days until the fight.

This is the easiest and most logical solution. Tszyu was already WBO mandatory and he was already set to fight on the undercard, is already in training camp so move him to the main event against Charlo. You can make Castano the champ in recess and have the vacant belt up for grabs so you can technically still call it for undisputed. Winner is now mandated to fight Castano when he's healthy so he can regain his title. You don't have to cancel the date and it's still billed as for all the belts.

Tim Tszyu has the right mentality to become a champion of his dad's caliber. Really wish he would just grow out a sweet rat-tail like dear old dad though. He'd put fear into some hearts for sure.
