Benavidez goes from boogeyman to bum the second he becomes front runner for a Canelo fight.

    Guaranteed.

This is complete nonsense and just shows you're a casual. Golovkin could have had that fight much sooner if he was willing to come down. Canelo and reynoso said come to 154 and it's a done deal. Abel Sanchez said no they would only come down for Floyd. So reynoso said ok let's do a catchweight. Golovkin and Sanchez said a catchweight was a disgrace to the sport. But they agreed to 158 catchweight when they fought rosado. Golovkin and Sanchez got caught up in so many lies and contradictions. They were never willing to make any sacrifice to make that fight happen earlier even though canelo was the much bigger star. So miss me with that crying ****. Nothing makes me happier than golovkin never breaking b hops record. Dude was always a hype job. Canelo ruined him in that rematch.

Know your history. GGG always been a clown.

Gennady Golovkin will refuse to drop down to a 155-pound catchweight to face "diva" Canelo Alvarez, according to the Kazakhstani fighter's trainer, Abel Sanchez...

congratulations sir, you have provided the most ridiculous comment on this entire thread. Canelo insisting on a catch weight for ggg was an obvious attempt to avoid the fight. Canelo was fighting at 155 and said he needed time to grow 5 pounds into 160. Yet ggg was the only guy he tried to do that with. When he fought Chavez jr, he went up 10 pounds from his previous fight to his catchweight request of 164.5. When he fought fielding, he went up 8 pounds from his previous fight, when he fought Kovalev he went up 15 pounds from his previous fight. So that throws his logic of needing time to grow into a weight class completely out the window and proved it was all bulls***. Canelo was blowing up into the mid 170s when he fought at 155, went up more than 5 pounds for other guys with no complaints yet with ggg, he insisted on a catchweight. Because he didn’t want the fight then and fooled gullible people like you into thinking he did. You also forget to include that Oscar wanted ggg to take a flat fee and no Ppv upside. All tactics to delay a fight they didn’t want at the time.

Benavidez is fighting David Lemieux to prove he's the next best 168lber. Give us a break. He's doing what every other fighter within 30lbs of Canelo is doing...waiting for a shot at that golden ticket. Fight Caleb Plant or one of the other LHW to show you deserve that shot.

"Weakest contender" yes Canelo has only fought 7 champs across 3 weightclasses in his last 9 fights because hes seeking out weak "contenders"

Exactly, thats why I can't stand this cherrypicking fraud. If you look up"cherrypicking weightbully btch" in an encyclopedia you'll find a picture of David Benevidez along with his resume.

Point is, haters will always hate. No matter how many haters he proves wrong, the hate will never stop.
                I remember those threads lol

I remember some refusing to call him a champ at 168 after the Fielding fight.

Who has Canelo fought that was competitive since GGG? Yeah thought so.

Benavidiz purposely pricing himself out to AVOID a fight with Andrade is just too much for me.

I can't defend this shyt anymore and don't care who Benavidiz fights, I'm done.

Benavidez and his entire team are Frauds.

Dude is literally the biggest payday offer available, will likely do the best #s on ppv due to the Mexican vs Mexican American angle on a Mexican holiday weekend, and is the biggest threat in the division where Canelo is undisputed and holds a belt that Benavidez never lost. And now he’s doing the opposite of what you all accuse other guys of doing which is chasing the payday. He’s willing to sacrifice a large portion of his own purse. Why not take the fight?
