What a clown. He knows damn well Crawford doesn't have a promoter to offer any contract. Why isn't he pushing Al to offer Crawford a contract? Same ****,different toilet, everyone else other than PBC has to come with these offers. The best were going to get is Spence vs Thurman and even that's a crap shoot.Time to bring in new, young and willing blood like Verg where ego and ridiculous financial demands take a back seat to the willingness to prove oneself in the ring.

Bud might as well make a one fight deal with Haymon to make this happen. He’s in his mid thirties and faded Porter coming off a long layoff is his signature win? Weak resume.
Most likely Spence beats Ugas then moves up to 154. He doesn’t feel he needs a Crawford fight.
Crawford should learn from GGG and not waste his remaining years being inactive and taking wasted fights hoping for a big payday. Time to make your own path now that you can’t use the Arum excuse.
Right now he’s on a path to be quickly forgotten outside of the hardcore boxing fans when he’s done.

Been saying this is the fight Thurman has to take and win if he wants the Spence fight - Thurman still turns a lotta heads, and a Crawford-Thurman PPV would probably do good enough numbers to help Crawford at the negotiation table.

In truth, Pacquiao beat him clearly and a unanimous decision should've been the result, not split.
He knocked him down, hurt him again, and just outclassed him. But a good fighter Thurman. I don't see him beating the top welterweights but perhaps he could have a chance against Ortiz Jr.Last edited by Liondw; 02-17-2022, 01:34 PM.✔ (Low- ) likes this.

He isnt climbing up, never had plans on doing so, coz he fkng knows there are more names thats gonna be thrown at him that will expose him big timeLast edited by ooMCFMoo; 02-17-2022, 02:46 PM.

He can move up and there’s some food fights for him. Or he can stay at WW and fight Ugas and Thurman this year and probably make more money as a big A side vs a Crawford fight.
Less upside for Haymon with what Crawford thinks he’s worth.
What are Bud’s realistic options? Arum and Hearn don’t want him. He’s not getting any younger.

Thurman on that bullsh** again. He never wanted any parts of Crawford. Claimed he didn't deserve to share the ring with him. Then he loses his title to Manny and all of a sudden he's demanding a contract to be sent. And have the nerve to demand for $10M at that. Money he's NEVER received for a single purse his entire career.

Postol and Indongoe are HoF?? You gotta be joking I hope. Burns is barely a HoF boxer.
The other guys at 147 may not have fought HoF guys but they did fight the TOP guys at their respective division. That fact is important.
Spence beat Brook who beat Porter. Spence then beats Porter in a fire fight.
Crawford’s best opponent at WW was Porter who is always a live dog against anyone.
The other guys Crawford fought are nonsensical matchups.
