I don't think Spence would ever fight Thurman. He doesn't like him and doesn't want the fight with him. Basically doesn't even want him to make money fighting him. All stems from Thurman not giving him a shot when he was up and coming.

Thurman knows that Bud doesn't have a promoter right now but asks for a contract. He's taking the pizz.

Thurman is with PBC - they should be making an offer to Crawford - but I doubt Bud would like that offer very much if he's not signed with them.

Best thing Bud can do is withdraw his lawsuit against Arum. It's a potential obstacle to getting a deal with another promoter.

Then, he should sign a 2 fight deal with Haymon, Thurman first and then winner of Spence/Ugas. Their financial guarantees as well should the fights not be made within a certain time frame. If he wins both fight there could be options written into the contract for a possible 3rd fight at 154.

Terence Crawford should get a contract to Keith Thurman ASAP! Actually, he should sign with Mayweather ASAP, and go from there! If not, I hope Crawford fights Vergil Ortiz Jr.! I think that would do even better numbers!
