Crawford waited several rounds to time Brook's movement so that he could land a single hard punch on the scar tissue left behind from Brooks eye surgery. I think Crawford must have had the foresight to know that if he landed a good shot on that spot it could end the fight quickly. That's why, early on, that fight appeared to be so cagey and tactical. Brook was waiting to counter Crawford, and likewise Crawford was waiting to counter Brook - but on that specific area of his face.
If Khan lands a decent power shot on this area at the edge of Brook's left eyebrow, I think the fight could once again end with Brook quitting. On the other hand, Khan doesn't quite have the ring IQ of Crawford, nor the patience as a tactician, so he might not be able to pull it off as effectively as Crawford did. And all the while he's trying, he'll be giving Brook opportunities to counter. But check out these scars, surely Khan's primary target?
