Pretty much common sense why khan is more well known. The dude was 17 representing the UK in the Olympics. Also we all know why OP likes brook better than khan

Brook for me. Always thought Amir comes over a bit of a dick even though he's from the right side of the pennines. Actually Kell cab be a bit of a **** too TBH but there's just something about Khan that rubs me the wrong way. No idea if Amir was born into money or not but I always thought he had a kinda slightly smug entitled vibe about him.

Funny enough where I live is almost precisely equidistant between Amir Khans home a little West of Bolton and the Ingle Gym in Sheffield (couldn't find which bit of Sheffield Kell lives in so I went for the gym). 31/32 miles from each depending on route.

Kell moving up two weight classes to fight an undefeated prime GGG was a terrible decision.

        What were his team thinking?

Khan is far more popular. Had the better career, bigger fights. His success in Athens done a lot for the Amateur scene in this country too so he definitely deserved credit for that. Personality wise I think he’s a bit of a clown but so is Brook tbh, neither are the sharpest tool.

Chasing the money. Hearn should have never even offered him that fight, it was essentially an execution.

Khan was a superstar. I had a drummer a few years back from London who probably couldn’t pick Pacquiao and Mayweather out of a lineup, but knew Khans career pretty well.

In their primes Khan was much more exciting but Brook was the better all around fighter. Dude flushed his career down the toilet when he jumped up 2 divisions to fight a prime beast in GGG. Dumbest career move of all time. He could have been great at 147 and 154. Could have had a hall of fame career, smh

I dunno if Amir is sloppy but he does have lulls after his punches where he kinda falls asleep at the wheel.

                      who can forget

when the low iq thought Amir would beat Floyd

after these dummies misconstrued what Uncle Roger said about you need a jab to beat Floyd

Amir was falling for Diaz feints and potshots
