Comments Thread For: Katie Taylor Focused on Serrano, Then Wants McCaskill and Cameron

Katie Taylor may be closer to retirement than further away from it at this point in her decorated career but that does not mean she has any plans of coasting.

Huge mistake for her if she is looking past Serrano.

Yeah she should put blinders on and avoid answering any questions about future opponents because Serrano is no guarantee fr a win.

I am a fan of Serrano so i am really rooting for her but with Katie's attitude to fight the best, that is really a tremendous respect. May the best woman win!

She won't beat Serrano and if she rematches McCaskill, she'll get destroyed.

When she fought McCaskill the first time, McCaskill had a day job and had never faced a good opponent (she had beaten 2 debuting fighters and 3 barely .500 journeywomen).

Then she fought Taylor, Farias twice, Sanchez, and Braekhus twice. All world champion opposition. And she's finally quit her day job to become a full time boxer.

Taylor has been sliding a long time as I keep saying , not sure she talk about mcaskil and Cameron when her fighting style sees her sliding every fight and although Serrano has boxed lighter weights I think looks bigger in the press shots and even if she gets passed Serrano ( which I doubt) both Cameron and mcaskall will be way to much.

I think Katie Taylor is a bit delusional, Amanda Serrano is going to take her to town, school her, show her how it's done.
Taylor's not going to be thinking about anything except retirement, or a long vacation after their fight, let alone McCaskill, or Cameron.
As a matter of fact those 2 champions at 140, should be Amanda Serrano's targeted opponent's after she beats the shorts off of the tailor/Taylor.
I'd like to see Serrano challenge the champion at 140 Chantelle Carmeron, and 147 Jessica McCaskill, and then retire having won championship's in 8 separate weight devisions.
7 weight division champion, 8 weight division champion? Possibly! Greatest Female Boxing Champion in History Definitely!!!
