Show me where it states in any world title rule book from any organization that an Olympic champion is entitled to a professional world title whenever they want.

Fighters arent ranked based on quantifiable metrics - they're tossed in and out of the top ten arbitrability - just as much based on name value and popularity as who theyve beat. Promoters will literally ask for someone ranked 50th to be put in the top 15 so their champion can defend against him and the sanctioning body will be like "yeah no problem".

If a major promoter has an Olympic gold medalist, they can absolutely go to the sanctioning body and be like "We'd like to fight for the title in our first pro fight" and they would absolutely have the request granted. You are aware the WBCs bylaws literally say "We can add or remove anyone to any position for any reason at any time", right?

nah you just have female emotions. I didn’t say anything haterish about loma. I didn’t say he wasn’t skilled or accomplished yet you went straight into the hater defense mode like a typical groupie b***h. I mentioned the FACT that he got a title shot in just his 2nd pro fight and again in his 3rd. I mentioned the FACT that he asked for the franchise title when Haney became mandatory which prevented Haney from earning a title, and instead being considered an email champ. I then mentioned the FACT that since then Loma lost his belts, we’re now in a position to get a unification and Loma is jumping in front to get another title shot. I then mentioned my opinion that I would prefer that a younger fighter who hasn’t had the chance to get a big fight land one ahead of loma who has already received entitled treatment. You got mad over my opinion/preference and over the word entitled. 1. I’m “entitled” to my opinion and don’t care if you disagree because you have a man crush. 2. If he received a title shot in just his 2nd pro fight and nobody has had that treatment in 60 yrs and then was given a franchise title that was designed for only 2 boxers ever in the sport, and allowed them to avoid mandatories, they are in fact entitled.
