From what I've seen of Ballard, I'd be very surprised if he wins. His claim to fame is the draw with Falcao but I don't think the Brazilian is very good. He looked less than impressive in his last fight against Valenzuela (who was subsequently stopped in 1 round by Akhmedov).

I don't think Ballard has the power to keep Munguia off of him and I suspect his durability won't stand up to Munguia's physicality. I will say Munguia by mid to late rounds stoppage. Maybe 7th or 8th round.
