He looked alright, hard to tell because of his opponent. Dennis came out with frenetic energy and movement, landed a few shots then started to fade. Dingum just followed him around and landed s few (harder) shots of his own. As Dennis began to move less, Dingum closed in and caught him with a nice punch that cut him. Dennis dropped and really wanted no more after his eye was damaged.

I think that's exactly what he thinks, and I've said this also. I see similarities in him and Ryan Garcia. Training in the same gym and rubbing shoulders with Canelo has that kids ego above his current abilities. McGregor is exactly the same with Taylor in my opinion. Good observation my friend.

He’s blatantly blaming his fighter, Davison talks far too much. You’re massively underestimating a trainer’s responsibility, it’s not solely on the fighter whatsoever. It’s a two way street.

McGregor will never be a world class fighter IMO, just doesn’t have that kind of ability, but he looked a damn sight better under Shane McGuigan. He was following more suitable game-plans and boxing to his strengths, that’s not happening under the boxercise coach.
Your right he'll never be a world class fighter in my opinion either. But for me its his attitude. I can see you don't like Davison. And I'm not sure if your trying to drag me into an argument about him or not. If you notice, I havent opined on him at all here, only that I see McGregors problems being a self attitude issue that will affect him no matter who he trains with unless he chooses to address it. So I'm not getting into discussions on Davisons training abilities. Feel free to have the last word, as I've no more to say here, and my son's are begging me to take them for a 5 guys. Stay safe.

Davison is clearly part of the problem though. McGregor’s performance’s have trended downwards ever since he’s joined Davison. It’s not about liking Davison or not it’s about assessing the poor job he’s doing masquerading as a boxing trainer. McGregor’s attitude may well be part of his problem but Davison as his head trainer also has to take a lot of the responsibility for McGregor’s clear drop in performance since he’s taken the reins.
