Why is Kessler vs Ward Being Fought in CA?

The only fight of the opening round of the tournament that should of been fought in the US is Taylor vs Abrahm.

why?

Abraham was IBF MW champ and is undefeated, Taylor got whipped dramatically in his last fight, and remember Taylor would only fight Froch if Froch went to America to face him.

Taylor is in no position to be making demands, he's lucky he's in the Super 6.

Ward will probablt pull in around 15000 for the fight. I mean 9500+ showed up for Miranda, and this fight is far more significant.

Plus, it's not like there are any good sports team in Oakland that can compete with Ward.

Aint Kessler the #1 seed in this tournament and the #1 SMW in the world?

Shouldnt he have the Home Court advantage?

I mean in any other sport you have a torunament the #1 seed gets home court.

The other 2 fights are being held at Euorpe, why not this one.

And financially wise it doesnt make sense either, because nobody knows Ward.

2.Because Taylor sells more in the Biloxi area than Abraham in Germany

I think Kessler is an over rated **** and this just shows what they think of him. The only people who consider him #1 are the Danish and Joe Calzaghe fan boys.
