Hope BT doesn’t drop the ball .
Old Trafford would be the venue in Manchester and Tyson is a fellow worker bee and would have sold out OT. But the fight is worth more in the south and the north. The only other venue I would think that could measure up to outselling Old Trafford would be Millennium Stadium in Cardiff which is close enough to GM for the worker bees to fill, the Welsh, and the southern English

Yeah, no that Whyte won't take the fight. He'd never be forgiven.

Yup! Fury getting $30 million and Whyte $8.2.

They be FOOLS throw that kind of money away when no one else is paying boxers that much outside AJ and Canelo.

            you must be a yank
wembley is a 90k stadium. old trafford is a 76k stadium. old trafford is not an option during football season. Wembley is a national stadium and is available. The principality/millenium stadium in Cardiff is nicer with the closing roof.
the capacity doesnt make a big difference, a smaller arena can be just as lucrative if they sell the tickets for more. less tickets adds value. The 90k is a vanity thing and it looks great on tv.

Also, ive said this before, but Whyte has been selling this fight for 2 years already. ALL the energy towards this fight came from him. He created this fight by himself. Fury would not even mention whyte in any negative context until whyte said he wants to fight him. Stop buying into bob and frank's nonsense. if it failed to sell out or do big ppv numbers, they would have a ready made excuse, blame whyte. all ive heard and read for two years is just how magical and special tyson fury's nuts taste from guys like denium and the rest.
these lot have the time in their life to sit around making cartoon images of tyson fury for their profile images...
how can it not sell out wembley and do 5m ppv buys with that level of worship?

i can just picture the cringiest of cringe tyson fury ring walks too. a plastic, sprayed gold throne and a cardboard crown from Home Bargains.

This is a great fight featuring a great champion and a solid contender. Consider it Fury-Joshua minor.
The UK should be very proud. Boxing was Their sport before it became America's. Great fight.
This will be the only sporting event in the UK that will get America's attention this year. We largely ignore pro Soccer, we don't even really know what Rugby or Cricket are, and Tennis is strictly for Pansy types here.

Now we'll all see just how popular Tyson is . ?before wilder Tyson was a nobody only known for beating klitchko in one of the most boring fights I've ever seen .
