Comments Thread For: Saunders: I Could Be Half-Dead and Still Beat Chris Eubank Jr.

Former two-division world champion Billy Joe Saunders was not overly impressed with the recent win by his longtime rival, Chris Eubank Jr. This past Saturday night, Eubank scored four knockdowns in a dominant twelve round unanimous decision win over Liam Williams.

Looks like someone is angling for a payday.

He suddenly woke and realized the Canelo payday isn't going to him that far. He's pretty much dry begging here and angling for a payday. If am Eubank, there isn't much to gain here but again there wasn't much to gain fighting Williams.

He's not far wrong that Eubank Jr did a very poor imitation of the great Roy Jones, his trainer, with all due respect.

If Eubank Junior cannot get a big world level fight next, or a world title fight 'Then fights like Saunders, Benn, Potentially Kell Brook should be next'.

Eubank Junior has the opportunity to be in some big marketable fights, partly due to his fathers legacy but also? Due to his own character, fighting style and record.

He already fought a guy who was a division below and Benn is 3 divisions below 168 at 147.

                Eubank is a middleweight.

The guy he fought Saturday was a natural junior middle weight and Eubank Jr has many times fought at 168 and even 160 is two weight classes up from Benn who is a Welterweight. Benn is out of the question.

Conor Benn has called Eubank Junior out, so if he wants that fight 'It should be at 160 pounds'.

No reason why Eubank Junior cannot involve himself in these big marketable fights if? Guys like Golovkin or whoever do not want to fight him for whatever reason.
