Okay gents, looks like my 50th Birthday celebrations have got in the way of the promised updates this weekend and now Ms K is whisking me off to the Yorkshire Dales for a couple of days while the Grandmas watch the kids. However I have got a free day Weds - gotta wait in for the gasman - so I'll be looking at getting it done then. Be putting up the Pick Em thread on the Tuesday night as usual.

Ha ha.. No yoga chicks this time, that's when I'm working the festival circuit over summer. I help run laughter for wellbeing workshops so I tend to park up with the other artists and fitness and wellbeing people... Lotta tanned, lithe, scantily clad young ladies running around when the weathers good! This time it's just me and Ms K in a country pub in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales for a couple days. We're not far from Malham Cove which is pretty spectacular... ain't been up this way in a few years.
