forget it, as long as the most obvious PED cheat, Holyfield is still treated like a legend without any repercussions pretty much sets the precedent on PEDs in boxing. Even if you overlook the Evan Fields debacle, Holyfield has the most obvious signs of PED abuse, compare his older physique to his peak physique at HW. The most tell tale signs of steroids is massive traps and delts, or boulder shoulders. Ask any bodybuilder and they'll tell you that these muscle groups are near impossible to grow into massive boulder shoulders without taking steroids.

Boxing is probably the most corrupt sport, if the big money maker is caught, they'll bury it or give him a slap on the wrist. The desk guys can't make their big commissions if ginger isn't fighting.

If you catch them dead to rights then the first time they should be given a lengthy ban, 12 months at least. Catch them dead to rights a second time and the ban should be permanent, no third chances

Do you realize your speculation is complete nonsense?
There is no such thing as performance enhancing drugs.
            Drugs make healthy people sick.
Drugs to a healthy person is poison.

2 year ban, big fine (should probably be calculated based on last 3 fight purses) and the fighter should only be allowed to fight if enrolled in 24/7-365 random drug testing program. If he opts out of the testing program or dodges a test the two year ban kicks in again.

its ******, because most guys arent getting caught.

you know how many fighters who cried about someone else being a PED user and then when they got busted themselves oh this time it was different, it was in their creatine powder, horse meat blah blah blah the same lame excuses they cried about before.

******s like BJ Saunders who said Canelo should be banned for life then he flunked his own test and said oh it was different he was innocent blah blah and then took the canelo fight for $$$

just cancel testing, everyone is doing them anyways
i despise bjs but im on his side on this. contexts actually do matter..that's why each case merits it's own investigation.

the fact is that for BJS vs Andrade, the fight was going by the MSAC rules, which follow Usada. Vada was only 'advisory' in that.
Under UKAD and USADA rules, BJS passed because he had the substance in his system 'outside of competition'. However the problem here came because VADA decided to create different rules on 'out of competition'.

The fight would have gone through, but then victor conte came out saying 'what bjs took was 8x vs than clenbuterol'.

the best example of a boxer accusing someone else but then legitimately cheating himself was Miller.
