Interesting potential fight and winnable for both. Parker has the hand and foot speed, Joyce has the strength, jab, and sheer volume of force and aggression. Both have good chins, Parker's has been tested at a higher level even tho he's been dropped. I think both have pop but different kinds of power. Joyce appears to hit heavy thudding shots while Parker's speed gives his power more snap.

I like the improvements Andy Lee has made on Parker but I'm not sure he will ever have that vicious and nasty temperament that is needed. I'd probably go Joyce by UD in a fight where both are hurt.

It is not rocket science… Which fight do you think will pay Parker more? A fight with Joyce in England for the WBO mando or an IBF mando fight with Hrgovic? Every boxer in the world is going the Joyce route…

Parker is the far more experienced man and he's also younger.

Parker has mixed with AJ, Ruiz, Whyte and never looked outclassed, all 3 of those fights were razor close affairs.

I haven't seen anything out of Joyce to suggest he should breeze through a guy who gave all 3 of them issues (and in fact beat two of them)
I do see potential in Joyce but Parker would be by FAR his best win and stopping Parker would be probably the most impressive win at heavyweight outside of title fights in recent years.
Parker’s most relevant win in recent years is Chisora and a rematch he had to go back to . Joyce would simply bully him and wear him down where Parker gets to a point he levels out and just gets by we see it all the time when he’s fighting real competition .

Joyce is simply to big for Parker with a great engine. However if Parker keeps turning down shots to get a title shot others are also going to be to big for him and things Still won’t be easier , I’d say DDD , Mahkmudov ,Hrgovic, Joyce besides A.J are to much for him . Ruiz is a style match up that favors him but it’s still a 50/50 fight , imop Parker’s just not going to get a title he might as well roll the dice with Hrgovic but he didn’t have the confidence, money wouldn’t be the issue because should A.J win that’s the largest pay he could hope for a second time .

I would be putting some dough down on Joyce in 9 rounds. His timing is great and his shots add up to a beat down opponent who will be sore for a week.

Kronk Parker is for real and would give anyone problems.

Still, it's a 50/50 fight with Joyce if it happens and I'm hoping it does.

Things should get easier now Parker is not tied to Fast Eddie's Matchroom.

There no reason he can't sign with TopRank, Queensbury or PBC and clear out their ranks!

Joyce can just seat on his ass, fighting bums while waiting on his world title shot.

Why should he fight Parker. He is already a mandatory.

Because that mando shot may not be realised for another year or 2 and big Jugs ain't gettin any younger or richer waiting for it.

A fight with Parker is a headlining big money fight right now. If he wins the mando is still there.
If not, make sure there's a rematch clause and double his money.

Is fighting Parker twice in a year and risk losing his ticket in line for a shot at Fury, AJ, Usyk or maybe Whyte even worth waiting for.

If Fury unifies, he'll retire without defending and the belts will go wherever for little money in fighting for them.

Its not the belts that are worth the prize money. It's the fighters. Fury and AJ are the cash cows. If they lose everyone hoping to cash out in them loses.

Joyce would probably make as much now rather than potentially fighting Usyk or whomever in a future fraught with unknown possibilities.

Scared money don't make none. Fighting Parker in the UK is guranteed money in the bank.
