Tim Witherspoon was a world Champion, a World Heavyweight Champion. Being a great boxer does not 100% translate into being a great coach.

Being a great coach is a entirely different role and needs more abilities than just fighting.

There are teachers or lecturers in schools that just teach. They don't build rockets or cars, but they most likely have a better ability at teaching those subjects 'Than the engineers that build the actual machinery'.

This is some very closed off thinking here mate. Anthony Joshua needs to rough up Usyk, he needs to fight like a Heavyweight. Joshua fought Usyk, as if Usyk was the fighter who was out weighing him by 2 stone etc

I have not even watched any of Witherspoon's videos, but I would imagine that he is perceptive enough 'To understand that Joshua used the wrong tactics both physically and technically'.

No it’s not because posters are talking about Joshua as though he never boxed before and needs Tim when he’s doing much better then Tim could dream of . If Joshua got knocked out by anyone in the first round we wouldn’t even be able to have serious conversations on here . The fact Tim is a firmer top boxer is three reason I said what I did just keeping the same energy now as other posters .

I'm not suggesting that Joshua hire me.

          I'm suggesting he hire Tim.

You attempted draw a relationship between Witherspoon's loses, and his coaching ability. I countered this by asking you, what is Freddie Roaches boxing record? I got no answer. Because if you would of answered that question, it would prove to you 'That you don't have to be a elite level boxer, to become a great coach'.

That is the main point I wanted to make.

And even in saying that Tim Witherspoon, has a better boxing record than most of the coaches you see today in boxing. What is Sugar Hill Steward's boxing record? What is Adam Booth's boxing record? You see, coaching is a different discipline and role. Being a boxing coach, is not the same as being a boxer.

I am not saying that Joshua should hired Tim Witherspoon, because I have not watched any of his videos and, I don't really know what he has done as a boxing coach.

I will say this? I do agree with you on, some people being overly dramatic about Joshua's situation. Joshua is a Olympic Champion, former two time world champion with championship defenses. My personal view, is that Joshua needs to rediscover his old form 'He needs to embrace himself'. I have already stated on here, that the we have already seen a version of Anthony Joshua who can beat Usyk 'And I stand by that statement'.

Don Charles, is a coach who I think tactically 'Knows how to beat Usyk'. If Don Charles was training Chisora in partnership with Haye, I think Chisora would of beaten Usyk.

I rate Don Charles as a boxing coach.

He can’t have an adult conversation mate. Once you give points he doesn’t know the answer to he runs away then respawns with the same stuff. Even though you’ve educated him on it, it won’t sink in. The cranium density on these men is off the scale, it’s blocking the brain from absorbing any info whatsoever. Like a pigeon, talk to it all day, it’s still gonna **** on ya head! Only reasonable excuse would be that he suffers with a learning difficulty, if not he’s obviously chosen to be this way.

I'm just a fan of the boxing knowledge Tim drops in his YouTube videos. Lots of gold of there for those that appreciate the technical aspects of fighting.

If that makes me part of "Team Tim" then so be it, guilty as charged.
