I couldn't watch the whole fight but one thing I gotta say, I don't like the idea of Canelo fighting Makabu at all.

The guy looked very bad last night, I had previously seen him fight against Papin and Kudryashov and those fights were so much better than this one.

I predicted Canelo would fight Charlo for May right after he beat Plant and then I got shocked when Reynoso requested this CW fight, so I don't know who Canelo is gonna fight in May but one thing I'm 100% sure, I'm crossing my fingers he fights Charlo and if the Bivol fight presents itself I'll be happy as well.

Now, after last night poor performance I highly doubt Reynoso picks Makabu to fight in May.

The ****ty performance by a ****ty fighter makes the fight a guarantee now. That's what Canelo does. He fights the weakest divisions or the weakest in a division.

I'm saving this message as I 100% don't agree with this, I just expect to come back later if Canelo picks Charlo or Bivol and I expect you to eat your crow, if Canleo picks Makabu wihich I'm 90% sure he won't I will delete my account, nothing in recent media suggest Reynoso would pick Makabu, it will be another dude.

BJS had outboxed Murray for 10+ rounds, Plant had outboxed Truax for 10+ rounds, Kovalev stopped Yarde, Jacobs was coming from beating Derevyanchenko cleaner than GGG.

Hell, even Yldirim was coming from giving Dirrell a very close fight.
