you are 100% making excuses, because...

FACT: Benavidez DID win a title... at 168, the division that Canelo is currently representing

these are also unnecessary, pointless, excuses... " hasn't actually beaten ANY of them "... " It MIGHT be a great fight "

everyone knows that I am a big Canelo fan... I just keep it 100% real, ALWAYS

Unecessary, pointless excuses to counterbalance unecessary pointless hypotheticals. Keep it real.

Benevidez lost that title. Twice. Both times in ways that didn't help his profile. If he'd still had a title canelo would have fought him. He doesn't, so he needs to do more to get that shot. Becoming mandatory might not be enough as, having now unified, canelo might move in a different direction. That's just the reality of the situation.

But you have a different opinion. All's good. Over and out.

you know they gonna say Beterbiev was old, when Canelo is too sharp/skilled/well-rounded for him

you know they gonna say Bivol was unproven/brittle, when Canelo stops him

you know they gonna say Smith was too basic, when Canelo totally schools him

Benavidez is not old, or brittle, or basic... the kid also has the right style attitude/temperament/corner, to give Canelo problems
Benividas is way too slow and PREDICTABLE. He has ZERO experience with ELITE Fighters.
Remeber an OLD Mayweather vs Canelo?
What happened? This is going to be worse for Benavides. What’s the rush for this kid? GGG style is along the lines of Benividas except he’s TALENTED and SMART. 2 things Benividas ISNT.
Benividas hasn’t fought ONE of the elite fighters that Canelo has.
He should whip on some of those low lying fruit (Europeans) that Canelo already smashed.

                he won't even fight Charlo/Andrade at 160

                  .
I’m really surprised he’s still fighting. Doesn’t seem interested in fighting any big name outside of Canelo. Funny how Benividas is exactly the same way. LOL. Guess their both smarter than I thought. They both know if they loose. They loose their possible date with Canelo.
