In his first fight since unbeaten WBC super featherweight champ Oscar Valdez defeated him, the 2016 Olympic gold medalist out-pointed Xavier Martinez in a high-stakes 130-pound encounter ESPN televised from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. I'm glad ESPN dialed back the hype and put him back lower on the undercard. He looked decent, has relatively fast hand speed and some pop. His defense is pretty porous.

He actually comes off as a pretty nice, level headed guy when they are battering you with Ali references.
