Thats the ***** inflation rate..if this isn't proof of being able to put a true boxing superstar in the ring with anyone and get ya money back, then I don't know what is..imo fury is the GOAT at HW, but Whyte is a tune up fight that the British part-timers, pub tossers, and Anglo folks who claim they've seen flying saucers will pay top dollar and heavy pound for both at home and at the gate...I'll watch because I'll watch Fury any time he fights, I am just not sure I'll want to pay the price thats about to come with it.Last edited by ✔ (Low- ); 01-29-2022, 02:55 AM.Comment

Do you think they've made their money back? If it was indeed $100M they were paying Fury, he's fought Schwarz, Wallin and two co-promotion fights with Wilder.
This will be the biggest sole promotion they've done.Comment

Haha. That made me laugh. I do wonder how much of this was Queensbury money and how much was Top Rank and ESPN. The numbers seem disproportionate for this fight, can it make money especially in the era of covid? I can't see where it would be a PPV in the US with less than ideal time slot.Comment

Aus/NZ sport is interesting. For rugby matches such as Lions tours in NZ/Aus, my local opens at 6am for Guiness, sausage sandwich and the match. Very civilised. Wonder if they would do it for Kambosos.Comment

Flying saucers??? You guys are the worst for this you claim you see flying saucers in the middle of the afternoon hovering above Miami beach.... Then there was a spotting of a flying Saucer with rims. You guys are ridiculous, you even have boxers that blame their trainers of espionage and heavy suits. Then you got reality TV celebrities becoming Presidents, then weasel posters portraying themselves as boxing experts
( OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS)

Fully expect Arum and Warren have already agreed a stacked card state side and possibly even Australia wise so they’ll recoup their money. Wouldn’t be surprised if Arum tries to target Kambosos Lomachenko in Aus on the same ppv card. At the very least there will be something worth watching from the states too. Boxing fans win - Dillon’s will come to fight and it’ll be a year up whilst it lasts. Will be interesting to see if Fury continues down his Sugar Hill road - makes for entertaining fights but shorter careers. Whilst Dillian hasn’t got Wilder’s punch, I think he’s a much better more rounded fighter and potentially gives Fury as good a fight.Comment
