I know he doesnt deserve it at this point of his career... but just to send a message to those who declined the fight for the mandatory position . . the IBF should automatically give it to Hrgovic if no one in the top 10 will accept the fight....

They need to set a date and find him an opponent , if they can't get a top 10 guy to accept they should just make him mandatory. It's gone on too long now
