Andrade will NEVER be guaranteed a shot against Canelo... He was the mandatory to Canelo at 154 and 160 and he never got the fight so why would he get it now !

And the WBO and WBC have now agreed to allow the winner of Andrade/ Parker to fight the winner of Benevides/Lemieux next for both interim belts THAT'S WHY ANDRADE IS MOVING UP! Andrade was trying to force the Benevides fight! He could care less about fighting the 160 mandatory who has 11 fights!!! Do you seriously think Andrade is afraid of fighting that kid but willing to step up and fight Benevides?

Andrade isn't going to fight DB,hes going to wait around fighting no hopers like hes managed to do this entire time & retire with 0 champs on his resume.

Andrade will fight for an interim title, Janibek will fight for an interim title at 160 as well and if Andrade doesn't return to 160 Janibek will become full champion. But you are right, Andrade won't get the Canelo fight. Becoming mandatory doesn't mean anything.

1. Andrade pulled out of a Charlo fight
2. Andrade ducked Erislandy Lara to fight Culcay
3. Andrade has never faced an opponent that has won a legitimate world title (not a "regular" or "interim" belt, a real title)
4. Every single person you're accusing of ducking Andrade has beaten more than one legitimate world titlist in the ring
5. Canelo is moving up to light heavyweight and cruiserweight. Nobody expects him to fight at 168 again. Andrade knows that becoming mandatory at 168 means nothing because Canelo is chasing bigger fish like Makabu/Mchunu, Beterbiev, Bivol, Smith, Briedis, etc. This is just an excuse for Andrade to continue to fight low ranked opposition while using the prospect of a Canelo fight he knows he isn't getting to pretend he wants the smoke.

If he wants to become mandatory to Canelo all he had to do is say he wants that fight after Alim,& the Wbo would grant him the right to be next mandatory for Canelo at smw.(its in their rules)
